How an independent takeaway took £9,544 in direct orders in its first 90 days
An established, well-liked takeaway in Greater Manchester did its online business through delivery apps and the phone. It had no ordering channel of its own: no site that took orders, and no direct way for a regular to order again.
We built it a branded website with its full menu and its own online ordering, with card payments for delivery and collection, and orders going straight to the shop.

How much does a website cost?
It depends on the size of the site and what it needs to do, so we quote a fixed price after a short conversation — before any work starts. Most clients pay a one-off build fee plus a small monthly plan that covers hosting, local SEO, edits and support. No surprises: you see the numbers in writing first.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most sites are live within 2–4 weeks. The main thing that slows a build is getting content and photos, so the faster you can send those, the faster you launch. We agree a realistic timeline up front.
Will it actually get me more calls?
A good site makes it easy for people who are already looking for you to find you and get in touch — and we track every call, form and WhatsApp tap so you can see what's coming in. We don't promise rankings, because nobody honestly can; we show you the numbers month by month.
Do you do SEO as well as the website?
Yes. Local SEO is built into every site: a page for each service and area you cover, the right structure for Google, and Google Business Profile support. Ongoing SEO sits in the monthly plan, with a report so you can see what moved.
What am I committing to?
A fixed build price agreed up front, then a monthly plan for hosting, SEO and support. The terms — payments, the monthly plan and what happens if you stop — go in writing before work starts, and you can read our terms any time on the Terms page.
Do you work outside Manchester?
Yes. We're based in Manchester but work with businesses across the UK. Everything is handled remotely, so location isn't a barrier.
Will my website work on mobile?
Every site is built mobile-first and tested on real devices. Most trade searches happen on a phone, so the call button is always one tap away.
What happens after the site goes live?
We don't disappear. The monthly plan covers hosting, content updates, performance monitoring, SEO reporting and a direct line to us when you need changes.
